Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using Amazing Marvin (the "Service"), consisting of amazingmarvin.com (the "Website") and our applications (the "App"), operated by Amazing GmbH ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Privacy

In the course of your use of the Service, you will provide certain personalized information to us. Our information collection and use policies are set forth in our Privacy Policy.

Membership

You may sign up as an Amazing Marvin member free of charge by providing your email address and a password within the Website or App.

Amazing Marvin members may access the Service on a trial basis for 30 days, after which members can continue use of Service by purchasing a subscription. You can purchase a subscription within the Website, within the App, or through one of our subscription partners. If you purchase a subscription through one of our subscription partners, the purchase may be further subject to the Terms and Conditions of the subscription partner.

By purchasing a subscription, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, and that your use of the Service does not violate any law or regulation.

Amazing GmbH offers monthly, annual, and lifetime subscription options. For the purposes of our monthly subscription, a month constitutes 30 days. For the purposes of our yearly subscription, a year constitutes 365 days. For the purposes of our lifetime subscription, lifetime constitutes 100 years or until Amazing GmbH ceases to commercially offer Amazing Marvin.

Our monthly/yearly subscriptions are paid in monthly/yearly installments respectively. For each month/year that your subscription is active, you acknowledge and agree that Amazing GmbH is authorized to charge your credit card in the amount specified when you signed up. The renewal subscription fees will continue to be charged until you cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid the next month/year's subscription fee.

Our lifetime subscription is paid for by a one-time upfront payment.

You may cancel automatic renewals at any time from within the Website or by emailing contact@amazingmarvin.com. If you purchased a subscription through one of our subscription partners, you may cancel according to the process outlined by the subscription partner.

Use by minors

In order to use Amazing Marvin without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, you must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory, or country.

Disclaimer

Amazing Marvin is provided on an 'as is' basis. Amazing GmbH makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Amazing GmbH does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Service.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Amazing GmbH.

Amazing GmbH has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Amazing GmbH shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes in prices

We may, at our sole discretion, change the prices of our subscriptions. These price changes will apply to new subscribers, and to subscribers who cancel their subscriptions and subscribe again.

File Attachments

Our service allows you to upload images and other documents as "File Attachments". This includes attaching files to Tasks and Projects, inserting images into notes, and automatic cloud backups. Amazing Marvin is a productivity tool and not a file sharing service. Therefore images and attachments are intended for your sole use, or to share with your known and trusted collaborators. Misuse of file attachments may result in account termination. You must respect any individual and total file size and transfer limits described in the App, and you may be asked to purchase additional file storage/transfer capacity in order to continue using file attachments.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
